There are interior stairways on each end of the building. On one side the stairs lead up to an office and a separate 1-bedroom apartment with balcony overlooking the pool, which is currently rented month-to-month.
On the other side the stairs lead up to 2 rooms as well as a large, enclosed area with a pool table and a balcony.
Each of the stairwells also leads to a downstairs area. On the pool side there is a small fitness center and changing rooms with restrooms for men and women.
Going down the other stairwell there is a garage and utility room.
The large swimming pool is constructed of concrete and gunite with a pumping and filtration system as well as a heater.
