Built in 1920, this furnished (Filled with art and antiques), upstairs, second floor unit of the building is available for seasonal rental starting October 1, 2023. We are flexible as to length of the lease, but the longer the better with strong preference for six months and greater. There is a huge open air balcony on the second floor with rocking chairs for your enjoyment.Utilities are included!There is one designated parking spot in the front. There is significant, free street parking for any extra vehicles and guests. We are in the process of adding a bamboo garden on the right side of the property and renovating the courtyard between the two buildings, which is available for picnics, socializing, etc.
