James McOwen

James is a lifelong Fort Lauderdale resident that has been in the real estate industry for over ten years as an investor and landlord. Now he is committed to helping others realize their real estate goals whether it is adding to a property portfolio, buying their dream home, or finding the perfect rental for a long term or short term lease. 

He played professional baseball for the Seattle Mariners for 6 years and then for several organizations overseas in Australia, Germany and Quebec City.  He uses the discipline and hardwork attitude that led to a professional sports career to serve his clients. 

He practices Brazilian jiu jitsu daily and between deals he spends time at his beach bungalow in Nicaragua where he is exploring international real estate opportunities.
