Elvira Santamaria

The first question Elvira asks every client is: What’s important to you? Catering to each client’s desired lifestyle, whether they’re buying or selling, is the foundation of her career in the luxury real estate market. Having lived in various South Florida cities and neighborhoods since 1986, she’s experienced the region through many stages of life from being single to raising a family. With a deep understanding of clients’ needs at certain phases of their life, she zeroes in on finding the perfect fit for each individual.   
Elvira’s interest in real estate was sparked at just 19-years-old while working for a real estate investor, who taught her everything from finding ideal investment properties to drawing up legal contracts. Eventually transitioning to hospitality, she managed more than 50 employees at an expansive resort property, where she learned to intuitively meet the needs and wants of guests and property owners.

Now as a real estate associate at Beckett Realty, Elvira approaches each transaction with a mindset that mingles the personal touches of hospitality and her rich knowledge of the unique South Florida real estate market. She works to educate potential buyers on the specifics of every neighborhood, whether it’s the best private or public schools, living a vibrant life near restaurants and nightlife, to the pros and cons of living in a luxury condo or a home with open, green spaces. As a bilingual (English and Spanish) realtor advisor, she’s able to communicate with the diverse clients who buy and sell in the region.

Elvira is a member of Life Work Journey, an organization that integrates faith and work to develop leadership skills. When she is not working, she lives the South Florida lifestyle that she sells, from enjoying beach and boating days to sampling new restaurants and immersion in cultural attractions.
