Beau founded Beckett Realty in 2009 after spending the beginning of his career in real estate development and consulting. He saw the need for a real estate brokerage that could offer the personal attention and local knowledge of a boutique firm while offering the services and resources of a larger national brand. Starting during the midst of the recession Beckett Realty has seen steady growth over the last decade growing from a one-man shop to a firm with more than 10 associates. Along with managing the day-to-day operations of the company Beau specializes in the marketing and brokerage of residential, commercial and investment properties for his clients. Since the firm's inception he has closed over $100 million in gross transactions.

With a background in Economics (Vanderbilt University) and an MBA in Real Estate Development (Nova Southeastern University), Beau has experience in comprehensive financial analysis within the real estate industry including construction of financial pro-formas and cash flows, examining project feasibility and valuating real estate assets. Along with his brokerage responsibilities, Beau also offers development and construction consulting services to his clients.

Beau is a member of the Master Brokers Forum which is a unique organization comprised of South Florida’s top real estate professionals. Membership is limited to the county’s most successful real estate professionals, and is by invitation only. He is also a member of the Realtors Commercial Alliance for Broward and the Palm Beaches.

Beau is an avid golfer and member of Fort Lauderdale Country Club. He is also active in his church and local charities, such as Hope South Florida which provides housing assistance for those in need within our community. Beau is a supporter of law enforcement and is a proud member of the Broward County Sheriff's Advisory Council.
